Persons with Disabilities
The Diocesan Committee on Persons with Disabilities creates awareness of hidden obstacles preventing disabled persons from participating fully in liturgies and other parish functions. Administered under the diocesan Office of Liturgy & Worship, the committee hopes to provide resource materials and organize a speaker's bureau to help faith communities better understand the needs and challenges facing the disabled.
