Basic Sign Language Course
January 9, 2024 - March 26, 2024
(Tuesday Nights, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
The 12-week course will give students’ an interactive experience in sign language including small group and hands on activities. Students will learn basic vocabulary, rules of grammar and cultural aspects of the deaf community and the history of American Sign Language.

Our goal is to provide all Deaf and Hard of Hearing persons and their family members accessibility to the Catholic Church in order that they may worship, receive religious education, minister to others and participate in all aspects of parish life.
We work with Deaf persons of all ages and backgrounds, whatever the preferred mode of communication or educational needs. Our programs are specifically designed to meet the needs of Deaf persons and offer these in both a mainstreamed and self-contained setting.

Deaf Community Monthly Mass
September - May (1st Sunday of the month)

There will be a Social after the Mass.
Please note: All other interpreted Masses in the Diocese will be canceled so that we can worship together, except for the 8:00 AM Mass at Sacred Heart in Wichita Falls.

- Social Gatherings and Holiday Celebrations
- Referral Information and Community Awareness
