National Christmas Artwork Contest

First place winner
First place winner, Diocese of Fort Worth 2017-2018

Twenty-two winners will be selected in this competition; their artwork will be displayed at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C. during Advent and Christmas 2019.

Two grand-prize winners will also be chosen, and their artwork will appear as the official Christmas card of the National Director of the Pontifical Mission Societies, Father Andrew Small, OMI.

National contest winners will be notified in late spring 2019 and announced to Catholic media in fall 2019; all winners receive a commemorative plaque.

Contest Guidelines

Mail your artwork and completed *entry form to:

*All entries submitted through the mail must be accompanied by a completed entry form. The form should be attached to the artwork with tape. Please do not staple or glue the form to the artwork. Artwork cannot be returned. Artwork that does not conform to the guidelines will be disqualified. Please see flyer for guideline specifications.
