Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager supervises all aspects of maintenance to insure a safe and efficient physical plant on a twenty-four hour, seven days a week basis. In conjunction with the Business Manager, the Facilities Manager directs and oversees major projects for remodeling, maintaining, and improving the physical plant and grounds. The Facilities Manager coordinates and oversees the work of contractors and third party vendors. The Facilities Manager schedules the use of school facilities, furnishings, and equipment. Experience working in a school environment is a plus.

Qualifications include practicing Catholic (preferred, but not required), high school diploma or equivalent, familiarity with light carpentry, lawn care, plumbing, HVAC, and school facility maintenance and care.
