Campus Ministry Coordinator

TCU Campus, Fort Worth

The Coordinator of Catholic Campus Ministry for TCU, under the direct supervision of the TCU Chaplain and guidance of the Department of Evangelization & Catechesis of the Diocese of Fort Worth, coordinates opportunities for the spiritual, liturgical, catechetical, and social life of the students at TCU. The Coordinator collaborates with the Servant Leadership Council to develop student activities, student groups, and campus retreats. Through intentional discipleship, the Coordinator helps to form student leaders to be missionary disciples who go out to evangelize on the TCU Campus.

Director of Faith Services & Resource Department

Loreto House, Denton/Flower Mound

The Director of Faith Services is responsible for providing spiritual support to Loreto House guests, and Staff, who choose to receive faith services. The qualified candidate will work under the direct supervision of the Business Manager. Some of the duties and responsibilities required for this position are:

  • Develop goals and implement strategies to provide faith support for guests who elect to receive faith services.
  • Meets with guests one-on-one for prayers and spiritual support or communicates with guests via phone, text, or email as requested.
  • Is responsible for the recruitment, orientation, and training of all volunteer Faith Companions.
  • Establishes and maintains a schedule to ensure Faith Companions are available for on-site faith services or via phone for follow-up faith support and emergencies.
  • Maintains documentation to ensure continuity of care for all guests receiving faith services.
  • Obtains and organizes spiritual materials and gifts to be shared with guests of diverse Christian and non-Christian backgrounds.
  • Conducts periodic spiritual retreats for volunteers and staff members.

The applicant for this position will work closely with the Center Manager in assisting with guest services management, Advocate support, data entry, answering incoming calls, and greeting guests who enter the facility. The candidate must have good communication skills, friendly speaking tone and personality. A professional appearance is required. Bi-lingual is a plus but not required. The Loreto House Advocate is on the front-line meeting with abortion minded women and the Advocate is vital to our mission of saving babies and bringing hope to women in need.
