Join the Deaf Ministry of the Diocese of Fort Worth for a full-day workshop exploring the art and practice of interpreting music in the Catholic Mass through ASL. Participants will engage in small- and large-group discussions focused on conceptualization, the use of repetition across musical genres, and best practices for conveying meaning in liturgical settings. Topics will include traditional, Gospel, and soul music, with an emphasis on examining ASL through the music of the Mass.
