For generations, Vincentians in the Diocese of Fort Worth have walked alongside neighbors in need — listening with compassion, responding with care. This special collection supports the Diocesan Council which helps support all conferences in providing assistance to individuals and families in their service areas and also provides access to a Micro Loan Program and free Pharmacy Program.

La oficina del Ministerio y la Pastoral Juvenil invitan a todos los hombres y mujeres solteros de 18 - 35 años de edad con inquietud vocacional a vivir un fin de semana de oracion, actividades, temas y oportudidad para preguntas y respuestas.
Estos retiros son gratuitos!
La fecha y horario del retiro para mujereses es el 8 y 9 de agosto, 2026 empezando 8:00 am el sábado con desayuno ligero y termina 12 pm el domingo.
La fecha y horario del retiro para hombres es el 22 y 23 de agosto, 2026 empezando a las 8:00 am el sábado con desayuno ligero y termina 4:00 pm el domingo.

2026 Day of Reflection
Renewing our Baptismal call during the Centenary of World Mission Sunday
In preparation for the historic celebration of 100 years of World Mission Sunday, we invite you to join us for a Day of Reflection on Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM, at St. Vincent de Paul Parish, 5819 W Pleasant Ridge Road, Arlington, TX 76016, to reflect as missionary disciples on how we can proclaim, live, and share the faithful love of God in our world today.
The keynote speaker will be Father Juan Molina, President and CEO, of the Mexican American Catholic College in San Antonio, Texas.

Stewardship at Your Parish

The Advancement Foundation is pleased to open up registration for Imago Dei: In communion and stewardship with God and one another. This is a series of five talks on stewardship, scheduled on various Saturdays from August through October at different parishes throughout the Diocese. Four of the days will cover a specific stewardship pillar—prayer, service, hospitality and formation—and a fifth day will be a broad stewardship talk delivered entirely in Spanish. These events are intended for anyone who is interested in deepening their understanding of what it means to live a life of discipleship.

Registration is open for the August 15th Hospitality talk at St. Vincent de Paul in Arlington, located at 5819 W Pleasant Ridge Road, Arlington. The day will begin with Mass at 8:30am, followed by breakfast in the parish hall and then a talk given by Renée Bader, Director of Stewardship and Ministry at St. Vincent de Paul parish. The talk should conclude by 11:30am. Individual tickets are $5/person, but a generous group discount will be given to groups of 5 or more people, if they are from the same parish.
Hospitality is a hallmark of Christian stewardship. Join Renée Bader, Director of Stewardship and Ministry at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Arlington, as she shares practical insights on welcoming others, building community, and allowing Christ to open our hearts in service to God's kingdom on Saturday, August 15th.

Throughout the year, parishes throughout the Diocese of Fort Worth take up special collections to support the work of Christ in our Diocese, in the United States and throughout the world. One hundred percent of four special collections each year stay in the Diocese of Fort Worth. These collections support our future priests, retired priests and the poor and vulnerable in our communities. Please give generously when these collections are announced in your parish.
When ordering offertory envelopes, please consider working with your parish communication committee to design unique envelopes for your parish, building fund, and even special collections. With written permission from your pastor, the Advancement Foundation is happy to provide envelope designs.
