Annual Diocesan Appeal
Announcement Weekend: September 9-10, Commitment Weekend: September 16-17
THURSDAY, AUGUST 24 is the LAST DAY TO MAKE EDITS TO THE PASTOR’S LETTER. Pastor’s letters will be printed FRIDAY.
Please complete these two NEW priorities this week:
- Priority #1: If you haven’t done so, design your bulletin for Announcement and Commitment Weekend. Please choose from multiple bulletin cover options, bulletin ads (found at bit.ly/ADAMaterials2024) and leave room for the printed bulletin insert for Sept 9-10.
- Priority #2: Please communicate with your pastor the importance of his homily and participation. Please communicate with your ushers the importance of handing out the commitment envelopes September 16-17.
- Rural parishes, expect a phone call from JohnSons Press’s delivery service to coordinate the delivery of ADA materials. God willing there will be rain in the coming weeks and we want to avoid the expense of reprinting rain-damaged materials. The local drivers want to deliver during your office hours.
Thank you for all you do promoting the Annual Diocesan Appeal within your parish. Your efforts impact every parish and school in the Diocese of Fort Worth. Contact , CFRE, Director of Annual Giving and Grants of the Advancement Foundation at 817-382-4939 with any questions or concerns.
