To All Priests, Deacons, Seminarians, Religious Men and Women, and Faithful Laity of the Diocese of Fort Worth
Fort Worth Catholic Diocese Bishop Michael Olson has asked to please view full statement, guidelines, and protocols below for returning to public Mass.
Sunday Mass Live Streamed
Due to the Coronavirus forcing so many to stay home, the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth will live stream the Sunday, 11 a.m. Mass from St. Patrick Cathedral for the foreseeable future. It will be interpreted for the deaf community. Go to the front page of the diocesan website at: www.fwdioc.org. You could also find other parishes live stream schedules as well.
Note: Bishop Olson is asking each parish to include the following Spiritual Communion Prayer in your bulletin for the faithful to pray during these trying times when they cannot attend Mass.

Prayer to Overcome Racism
The document Open Wide Our Hearts: The Enduring Call to Love - A Pastoral Letter Against Racism was developed by the Committee on Cultural Diversity in the Church of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB). It was approved by the full body of bishops as a formal statement of the USCCB at its November 2018 General Meeting.
Bishop Shelton Fabre of Houma-Thibodaux Diocese and chairman of the USCCB Ad Hoc Committee Against Racism, provided the Prayer to Overcome Racism which is at the end of the pastoral letter to all U.S. bishops as a prayer resource.
Please print the Prayer to Overcome Racism in the parish bulletin and please place it on your web site. You may link to the prayer via the diocesan web site at: Prayer to Overcome Racism

Worldwide Marriage Encounter
June 2020
We have exciting news! Worldwide Marriage Encounter has created a virtual experience for those who cannot attend a Marriage Encounter weekend in person. This experience will be entirely online and will be presented two nights each week for a total of 7 nights. We are so excited to be able to do this during this time when it is difficult to gather in one place.
We know couples whose relationships are being stressed by all the restrictions we have been under. We suspect you know such couples as well. In addition, the per couple cost will be much less because there will be no need for hotel rooms, catering, etc. Please include the attached bulletin announcement in the June 21 parish bulletin.
Information from Worldwide Marriage Encounter coordinators is available for parishes to inform couples of upcoming Encounter events. Feel free to include this valuable information in your bulletins.
