Black and Indian Mission Second Collection
February 17-18, 2018
The national Black and Indian Mission Collection has provided grants to dioceses across the country – including the Diocese of Fort Worth – to operate schools, parishes, and other missionary services that build the Body of Christ in Native American, Alaska Native and Black Catholic communities. Building Your Legacy

Vocations Weekend Retreat, March 23-25, 2018
The Spring retreat 2018 Come & See St. Joseph Seminary College will take place at St. Joseph Seminary College in Covington, LA. This vocations weekend retreat is scheduled for March 23-25, 2018 for young men 16 years and older.

St. Junipero Serra Institute
Saint Junipero Serra Institute has put together a 4 class course on Biblical Foundations. It will dive into the topics of Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition, as well as, give a compare and contrast to the New and Old Testament. The topics of conversation will get you mind thinking about historical criticism and the defense against modern scholarship. This course will give information that will help you to evangelize and catechize those around your home, work, and even your parish. Consider this course and others to help grow in faith. El Instituto Saint Junipero Serra ha organizado un curso, de 4 clases, sobre Fundamentos Bíblicos. St. Francis de Sales
Diocesan Catechist Formation Program
St. Francis de Sales is the Diocesan formation program for catechists who serve in the parish religious education programs with children, teens and adults. The program offers two levels of formation:
Basic Level: consists of nine sessions covering the bases of what catechesis is, catechetical lesson planning, the use if the catechism and sacred Scripture in catechesis, etc.
The second level or doctrinal units, consists of 25 sessions focused on the study of specific Catholic Doctrines such as the Trinity, temptation and sin, etc.
St. Francisco de Sales
Programa de Formación Diocesano para Catequistas
San Francisco de Sales es el programa diocesano de formación para los catequistas que sirven en las parroquias en los programas de educación religiosa de niños, adolescentes y adultos. Este programa ofrece dos niveles de formación:
El nivel básico que consta de nueve sesiones que cubren las bases de lo que es la catequesis, la planeación de lecciones catequéticas, el uso del catecismo de la Iglesia Católica y de la Sagrada Escritura en Catequesis, etc.
