Christmas & New Year Mass Times
Attention Priests and Parish Administrators:
We are collecting a list of all Christmas and New Year Masses to assist the public and we ask for your help. To make the process easier we have developed an online form that will allow you to quickly enter and submit your parish Mass times. Once completed you will receive a confirmation email, which also allows further edits if needed. Please submit your schedule by December 16, 2022. We thank you for your assistance.

Thanks be to God for the outpouring of stewardship during #iGiveCatholic. On November 29, 1932 Catholics contributed over $753,519 to the participating parishes, schools and ministries of the Diocese of Fort Worth on #iGiveCatholic Giving Tuesday. Each gift made will have an incredible impact on these organizations as they use these resources to carry out the work of Christ in the Diocese of Fort Worth. Worldwide Marriage Encounter
December 2022
Worldwide Marriage Encounter has expanded to offer the experience during the week for those who cannot commit to a weekend. This is great for priests who cannot get away as easily. It’s called a 3RE and spans several weeks with sessions twice a week. Information can be found on the WWME.org website. WWME is still offering “virtual” experiences so couples can benefit from a Worldwide Marriage Encounter weekend without the risks of in person gatherings. One of the benefits of this approach is that those attending do not have to live close to a central location.
Information from Worldwide Marriage Encounter coordinators is available for parishes to inform couples of upcoming Encounter events. Feel free to include this valuable information in your bulletins.

This is the time when your parishioners are getting their records together to make tax-wise charitable giving decisions before December 31. Please use the copy in the document below in your bulletin, website, school newsletters and emails to your parishioners now through the end of the year. Year-end giving is available to donors at: www.advancementfoundation.org/year-end-giving. The 37th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at St. Michael Catholic Church in Bedford at 6:00 PM. The celebrant will be Most Rev. Michael F. Olson, STD, MA. The homilist will be Most Rev. Curtis J. Guillory, SVD, DD, bishop emeritus of the Diocese of Beaumont. All are encouraged to attend.

Diocesan Middle School Rally
February 25, 2023
The Middle School Rally is an opportunity for middle school youth and their adult leaders from across the Diocese to spend a full day together in celebration of our Catholic faith and identity. All youth between the grades of 6th thru 8th are welcome to come. Rally will be held in The Colony at Holy Cross Catholic Church. In-person registration will be done through parishes. Please contact your Youth Minister / Group Leader to register.
