In this position, you would assist couples seeking marriage by helping them understand the Church’s teachings, the need for preparation, and the manner in which Catholics celebrate the sacrament of marriage. This may be as simple as answer phone calls and emails, or may require directing them to diocesan or parish events. We are looking for a person who is organized and compassionate. We need someone who can communicate effectively and understand the position of those seeking the sacraments so that they may grow in God’s grace.

Security / Maintenance Help Wanted

Spanish Choir Director

The St. Joseph music ministry is seeking a choir director for the Spanish choir. This choir rehearses at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings and sings at the 1:00 p.m. liturgy. The choir director will work with the Director of Music and the accompanist to build a community that meets the needs of the parish, as well as the choir itself. Deaf Ministry Interpreters Needed

Diocese of Fort Worth

The Deaf Ministry Program provides services to Catholic Deaf Parishioners and their family members throughout the Diocese. The program has eight different parishes in which we provide services. Currently, the Deaf Ministry Program is looking for qualified interpreters to help with both religious education classes and interpreted Masses at these parishes. If you have the gift of being able to communicate with deaf people in their own language, please consider working in the Catholic Deaf Community. The needs of the Deaf Community are very special and people with the skill of interpreting can make a huge difference! There is a stipend paid to the interpreter.
