Program Specialist

Montserrat Jesuit Retreat House, Lake Dallas

The Program Specialist is responsible for preparing for House Retreats, registering retreatants, and working with Retreat Captains to ensure the success of the House Retreat. The Program Specialist, on a day to day basis, performs administrative roles and customer service roles, as well as creates printed materials and thank-you notes for the Annual Giving Campaign. The role of the Program Specialist is to provide direct support in relation to Information Technology around Montserrat to include: website design, e-commerce support, support for computer software and hardware, internet support, phone support, and other IT support, as the need arises. The Program Specialist is responsible for maintaining the staff calendar for House Retreats and works in conjunction with the Administrative Assistant to ensure all events, both House Events and Contracted Events, are on the website calendar.
