An Apostolate is a public activity of a baptized follower(s) of Jesus Christ on behalf of a Christian community to proclaim, serve, and realize the kingdom of God. The following are approved Apostolates in the Diocese of Fort Worth.

American Heritage Girls
American Heritage Girls is a Christ-centered non-profit character development youth ministry
program for girls ages 5-18, dedicated to its mission of building women of integrity through
service to God, family, community, and country. AHG programming focus's on six program
emphases: Life Skill Enhancement, Girl Leadership, Teamwork, Character Development, Social
Development and Spiritual Development.

Balanced Families Ministries
Balanced Families Ministries is an apostolate of the Fort Worth Diocese. The apostolate’s mission is to aid men and women in finding balance in their individual lives, in their masculinity and femininity; aid couples in obtaining balance in their marriage, understanding their roles as husband and wife; aid families in finding balance in a busy lifestyle; and aid youth and young adults in finding the vocation in which God is calling them. Blessed John Paul II’s Theology of the Body, along with Scripture, the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Church teaching make up the foundation of the catechesis given in their programs, workshops, seminars and talks.

Couples for Christ (CFC) is a Catholic movement intended for the renewal and strengthening of Christian family life. The members have committed themselves to the Lord and to one another so that they may grow in maturity as men and women of God and fulfill their primary vocation of raising up families under the lordship of Jesus Christ and for the service of the Kingdom of God.

Catholic Union of Texas, The KJT is a non-profit fraternal benefit insurance society that operates under the lodge system and has a representative form of government. Catherine of Siena Institute
The Catherine of Siena Institute (CSI) is an affiliated ministry of the Western Dominican Province dedicated to equipping parishes for the evangelization and formation of lay Catholics for the sake of their mission to the world. The Institute provides innovative resources and programming that are faithful to the teaching of the Church and will enable parishes to become lively and dynamic centers of evangelization and formation. Communities of Prayer
Communities of Prayer was founded on the dream that Catholics everywhere would ignite their faith through PRAYER, PRAISE, and ADORATION to form a movement of day and night prayer before the Blessed Sacrament.

Our last three Popes emphasized the importance of Liturgy of the Hours, Eucharistic Adoration, Contemplation, and reflection on the Word of God through Lectio Divina in foster a personal relationship with God within our daily life.

Our resources, parish missions, and Mission 24 prayer movement ignites a desire to learn how to PRAY LIKE A SAINT.
